Yes. Our sessions are gentle, inclusive, and do not require a high level of physical fitness. The focus is on presence and awareness, not physical exertion.

For the best experience:
• 15–20 participants for corporate sessions
• Maximum of 6 participants for small group sessions to maintain the quality of reflection and personal engagement

Safety is our priority. All locations are carefully selected based on accessibility and minimal risk. Our facilitators are also trained to conduct sessions safely within natural environments.
